Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of the order being placed.

After you have placed your order, we provide 1 hour to cancel it. Please reach out to us via email to cancel your order. We have a very fast processing time so we can not guarantee we will be able to cancel your order.

Orders with standard shipping generally take 7-16 business days after dispatch for delivery.

Orders with standard shipping generally take 5-8 business days after dispatch for delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. 

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
