Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Without the original packaging (which contains the barcode) we will not be able to issue a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost related to returning the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We provide 1 hour to cancel all orders or to change shipping address. We have a very fast shipping time. Due to this, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order in time after the 1 hour mark. Please make sure that all details are correct when you are placing your order.
Money Back Guarantee
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
Item Condition: To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it arrived.
Broken Upon Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will not be able to process claims for damaged items reported after this window.
Damage During Use: Our guarantee does not cover items that break due to use. Refunds will not be issued for products that were damaged after being used.
Return Packaging: Please ensure that any item being returned is carefully, safely, and properly packaged. If a return arrives at our facility damaged due to improper packaging, we cannot provide a refund. (This does not apply to items that were already damaged when received by the customer.)
Returns for orders with special deals will be refunded accordingly. Free gifts may be required to be returned. Contact us for more information.
We provide customers 1 week to ship their return.
There will be a $5 restocking fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Additionally, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for personalized items. Any product that requires custom manufacturing, such as engraving, pictures, or other forms of personalization, is considered made-to-order. These items cannot be returned as they cannot be resold, making all sales final. However, if your personalized item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will still work with you to provide a refund or replacement.
Our 30-day trial is only for defects. You can check the product for defects, and if there is anything wrong, please contact us so we can work out a solution.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In addition to this, we are unable to provide a refund for orders with chargeback claims/disputes. The bank/financial institution's decision will be the final decision.
Orders with special discounts are also not available for returns.
Replacement orders are not available for refunds/returns. The replacement order is considered the solution to the original issue.
Shipping cannot be refunded. If your order had free shipping due to reaching our minimum order limit, we will subtract $5.00 from the refund for the shipping.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for used items under any circumstances. We reserve the right to reject any refund or return request at any time, for any reason. In the event that we make an exception and agree to accept a used item for return, the item must be in clean, sanitary condition. If the returned item arrives in poor condition — including but not limited to containing a noticeable amount of fur, or showing signs of fleas, pests, or other organisms — no refund will be issued, and the item will be disposed of.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. By sending your return, you have agreed to our return/refund policy and that your return is within our policy. Used items will not be refunded. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your return is declined, no refund will be issued. If you would like us to return your return back to you, there is a $10 redelivery fee.
Shipping costs and priority processing costs are non-refundable.
